These terms cover your use of the Orienic website at orienic.com. They are written for the site itself. Project work is handled under a separate agreement.
The site
The site is provided for information about Orienic and to let you contact us, subscribe to Studio Notes, or book a discovery call. We may update pages, remove content, or change availability without notice.
What the site is not
Nothing on this site is legal, financial, or security advice for your specific situation. Case studies, process descriptions, and capability summaries describe our work at a high level; they are not a promise that the same outcome will apply to every engagement.
Project work
Sending an inquiry or booking a call does not create a client relationship. If we work together, scope, price, ownership, and delivery terms live in a written agreement for that engagement.
Intellectual property
Orienic owns the site's design, copy, code, marks, and other materials unless a page says otherwise. You may view and share links to public pages. You may not copy the site for your own commercial use, scrape it aggressively, or present our work as yours.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site or its forms. That includes submitting spam, attempting to break security controls, overloading the service, or using automated tools in a way that harms availability for others.
Privacy
How we handle information from Studio Notes and project inquiries is described in our Privacy page.
Liability
The site is provided as-is. To the extent allowed by law, Orienic is not liable for losses that arise from using or relying on the site alone. That limit does not rewrite any signed project agreement.
Changes
We may revise these terms when the site or how we operate changes. The version on this page is the current one.
